Motorola Razr50 cant claim gift

I order a phone which should have 2 extra item with it  on 2nd December when I ordered a phone and paye the deposit  could not claim because promotion ended earlier. 

Ee didn't said anything when I ordered In fact they still telling me I can claim but Mototrola already closed this.So why advertised and sell something if its isn't available??!

What are the terms and conditions as you can normally claim if you purchased within the qualifying period. 

If not and you are within 14 days then cancel your contract.
