I have tried to log onto EE Perks and I have put the correct details in and it keeps on saying that my account has been deactivated could someone reactive it thanks

Hi i m having same problem so frustrating its last 3 weeks and keeps saying same thing registered again forgot my posword sent new password none of them working i have ordered new phone and ee telling me to get cod but i cant access someone needs to help otherwise i will return the phone back. Its not on at all. 

Send me email too please my access keeps saying deactivated i need cod to get discount as my whole company uses and i cant!
