Microsoft 365 smart benefit not in my portal

I selected the office 365 benefit, and followed the instructions to add this to my Microsoft account. In my portal however the license doesn't show to be able to supply to my user and download and install office. 

I do already have a business basic license for emails, but this does not include office so I thought this would be a good benefit to have, I'm disappointed it doesn't seem to work though

Please can you share some more information about your problem?

What happens when you try to download Office 365? Do you see a particular error message?

I don't get the option to download it. When I got the activation link it asked me to sign in to my Microsoft portal, after that nothing happens

Yes, it came by text, clicking it took me to a web page that asked me to sign in to my Microsoft account,  which I did. All I got them was my normal Microsoft portal, no license available to download office
