Hi
I have looked through previous posts and faqs and believe that this isn't possible but could a mod or community member confirm?
I have a Microsoft 365 family account and pay £7.99 to Microsoft.
Can you take Microsoft 365 personal and pay the £2 difference?
I know with netflix this is the case as I do that already and pay the difference.
Please let me know
Cheers

Hi @Rich123
I understand, thanks 🙂
Sorry this option is not available through EE.
The terms and conditions can be found here - Microsoft-365-Inclusive-Extra-Terms-v2-170822.pdf (ee.co.uk).

Hi @Rich1273
Thanks for coming here.
Do you wish to purchase Microsoft 365 from EE or change your option with Microsoft?
Thanks.
Leanne.

Hi Leanne
I would like to take Microsoft 365 through EE but its only the personal option showing and I require the family option.
I already subscribe to family via Microsoft direct so was asking can I take the smart benefit with EE and pay the difference in a similar fashion to what I do with nerflix
Hope this makes sense!
Thanks
Rich
