Hi,

I recently upgraded my plan with EE, because of this I'm due to receive a Mastercard gift card.

After reading posts on here, I haven't received the first text confirming this. I have been in touch with EE via twitter and email. The email says after 15 working days I'll receive the text. But I haven't.

Is the waiting time longer? Can someone confirm I'm eligible for this after upgrading?

The text message goes to the lead number on the account. Do you have any other numbers on your account?

Hi Chris,

No I have no other numbers on my account.

I did have an issue with my sim card as I transfered a number over.

Maybe the text got lost whilst my number was porting?

What happens if you delete the message with the link for the card, it was sent to my daughters phone and she thought it was a scam message

Which phone and messaging app is it? Some have an archive folder where you can view deleted messages.

My wife has been fighting with EE for weeks now, we took out two contracts with the £300 giftcard and have only received one.

She was told to tell one department to fill in a missing gift form but why should we, the customer who has paid their bill be chasing the provider to uphold their part of the contract?

Surely it's as simple as sending out another code?

Surely there is a way for ee to see that it has not been sent and re-send
it?
