Hi,

I recently upgraded my plan with EE, because of this I'm due to receive a Mastercard gift card.

After reading posts on here, I haven't received the first text confirming this. I have been in touch with EE via twitter and email. The email says after 15 working days I'll receive the text. But I haven't.

Is the waiting time longer? Can someone confirm I'm eligible for this after upgrading?

Haha I'll crack the jokes, we've only been going back and forward with them
for 3 weeks now.

I've always received good customer service from EE, I've been a customer
for years but this has been a terrible experience.
