I'm on day 20 now and have been told if I don't have the link by Monday 21st November then I am to call 150, so they can escalate it.
I'm starting to wonder if anyone actually ever gets the card lol

Not what I was told in store nor by customer services. Both of them told me the link should have been sent prior to day 15 but redeemable after that. Are you telling me the team who sold me the phone lied to me?
Also, seeing as we're on day 20 and the rewards team told me they don't have my details, I think there may be more of a problem here.

Exactly same. Rewards team told me they don't have my details either. Feel like this. Is all a con no one. Has any answer all say different things. Feel like they just fob u off.

Completely agree. It's a joke. No answers and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. If I don't hear back by Thursday about it, I'm going to demand a £300 credit put on my account.
Going to demand some form of compensation for this nonsense anyway.

I was offered £10 credit, explained that frankly that's an insult, got told £20 is the max they can offer...someone on her got £30. Just another example of how EE staff have no idea what's going on within the company that employs them.
I thought Vodafone were bad but EE are getting up there..

So, gonna reply to you again. I just spoke to the store that sold me the phone, and specifically the girl who sold me the phone. She confirmed the link should have been sent on day 14 after purchase, so the end of the cooling off period (her words).
So, who's lying here? You or the store I bought the phone from? Because if it's you, you probably shouldn't be working in this position. If it's the store, that means the phone was sold under false pretenses and becomes a legal issue (yup, guess who studied consumer law). And, from the look of this chat board, not just for me.
So James, which is it?
