I’m trying to purchase something with EE for the first time and is saying my account needs to be linked to this or a phone number but I don’t yet have a EE phone number?

Welcome to the community,

If you are trying to purchase an accessory, then you first need to either have a phone contract or sim only contract.

If you are wanting to become a customer and do not have an account and want either a sim only contract or phone contract, I suggest you log-out and then go to shop and can do so, but accessories are excluded as I have written above, until you have a mobile contract with EE.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
