Locked out of ee perks

I’m locked out of my ee perks account. It also  doesn’t send me an email reset. Can anyone suggest what to do next ?

What message shows when you log into your perk account using the email address you registered with?

Invalid username or password. If I request a password reset nothing gets sent to my email. In my saved passwords on my phone I have my work email (nhs) and my own email. So I’ve no idea which is my log in email and as you only get 2 chances to login I’ve been locked out for a week as neither work but I’m definitely registered as I used perks 2 years ago for my discount codes.
