Left EE in Nov - Netflix my extra still active?

As the title suggests, I left EE mid-late November, and just checked my Netflix account and says I am being billed through EE. I am not, I moved to o2. How can I make this reflect my leaving EE and manage my subscription with Netflix?

Hi,

I can't find an email address on EE website or that link to contact that's why I came here. I don't have an opportunity to phone EE, and the web chat on the app isn't working.

@adelly14 We don't have a customer services e-mail address and the web chat via the app would only work if you are still a customer with us. I am going to send you a private message to get some more details regarding this issue.
