Issues activating/creating a Disovery Plus account via TNT Sports

Hi,

I've searched through the forum and have found quite a few users are having issues activating their Discovery Plus accounts but I couldn't see one which has the exact same issue as myself.

I've gone through the process of activating the account based on the links provided but I cannot login to Discovery Plus.

1. Navigated to https://www.bt.com/sport/activate-discovery-plus/
2. Logged into my BT Account.
3. I receive this message:

4. I click the "Go to discovery+" button and I'm redirected to the login page.

5. I try logging in with my BT credentials but this doesn't work.

I'm assuming I am supposed to create a Discovery Plus account at some point but I'm never prompted to do so. I spoke with the Discovery Plus support who made me create an account manually, but that didn't work. They then fobbed me off to BT and they couldn't help either. I'm now coming to EE hoping to get to the bottom of this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried activating your subscription at ee.co.uk/tntsports?

Hi James!

The TNT Sports subscription is already active as I have been using it for while. I checked anyway just in case and it says I have nothing to activate. I checked my add ons and it has definitely been applied from that side.
