Hi im having trouble finding my invoice number for the phone I have ordered
Do they make it so hard to find it to stop you claiming the free item ?

Check the documents which came with the device.
Alternatively call EE CS on 150.

Did you purchase your phone online or in an EE store?
If online, it will be on your delivery note. If in store, it will be on your receipt.
