Hi I’m trying to upgrade and want tnt sport as my inclusive benefit but it’s not coming up as part of the add ons

Which options is it giving you? Which plan are you on?

The plan I want to upgrade to is all rounder iPhone plan with 1 inclusive
benefit the only benefits that are coming up are Apple TV +, Apple Arcade,
roam abroad pass there’s no tnt sport option

Do you currently pay for BT/TNT sports?

Yes I currently do on my contract but my contract runs out at the end of
September and I’m trying to renew with bt sport as a inclusive extra but
there’s no option for that
