In my iPhone 14 app only( ios26.1) there is a promo for Beats headphones extra £20 off on few models with a code EEREWARD20. Currently Powerbeats pro 2 is advertised for £159 and after discount £139. However, applying code gives error, The item in basket is not eligible.
had a chat with customer care, which was useless asking me to go to the shop.
Why are they advertising when it doesn’t work and customer care also don’t care. Asking to make a trip to the shop !!

The code doesn’t work for Powerbeats pro 2 , only for studio pro. Customer care doesn’t help, who diverted me to go to shop. Shop said they can’t do any discounts for online tech items since January.
so a bluff from EE marketing and no help all all.

Raised a second complaint as no one can figure out why EE is bluffing their voucher codes/ reward voucher discount in app. My initial complaint was closed within an hour without any acknoledgement.
