I am your customer and I have a SIM card from you and I want to take a phone in installments.

@Zdenkacurejova  If you want a new phone and pay it over 24 or 36 months then you’ll need have a new tariff and you upgrade.  You’ll retain the number with an upgraded. 
If you are a PAYG customer then you purchase the device out right from HERE and put your sim in it or you can purchase from HERE 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Zdenkacurejova , you will still use your SIM card in a new phone, there is no need for a new SIM card, you just do an upgrade, put your SIM card in the new phone, so long as it is still working.
