How long before you get Apple One after Upgrade

I upgraded to the All Rounder SIM yesterday mainly to get Apple One and immediately lost my existing Apple Music (currently on the 6 month free trial) but haven't received the Text message to activate Apple One from EE yet, does anyone know how long this should take?

Thanks @Leanne_T

I called 150 and eventually got it sorted but if I remember rightly I didn't have Apple One showing, I got a call back from Tech Support and they set everything up for me manually.

Cheers,

Colin.

Hi @ColinXSD

Thanks for coming back to the community.

If you log into the EE app and Select Manage, then Mobile Add-ons, do you have Apple One showing? If so, can you select this and follow the onscreen steps to get set up?

Let me know how you get on 🙂

Leanne.

Your issue may have stemmed from the fact that the All Rounder Plans do not include Apple One - this is only included on Full Works plans. The list of Inclusive Extra options can be found here:

I believe Apple One can be added to an All Rounder plan by paying £5 per month.

However if someone has managed to get this sorted for you in some way then I am glad to hear it.

@Matt_124
Yes I did have to pay the extra £5 which came up as an option when I signed up for the All Rounder and it is now showing as an inclusive extra in my Plan now it has been sorted out.

Hi @ColinXSD

Glad to hear it that you're all sorted with it!

Just though the info might be useful to the next person that comes along.

Have a nice rest of your day 🙂
