I have just moved from sky to EE. My netflix subscription through EE appears on my TV. How do I add it on to my mobile phone. I don't know the password or account number. My old Netflix account has just got inactive after leaving sky, on my phone to.

Did you sign up on the EE TV with your existing Netflix account you had, or did you set up a new account?
Our Netflix on EE TV help page has details on what to do to get the details reset if you have forgot the log in password and email address.

It has go sorted, thanks for your reply. The email on my EE Netflix account was different/ misspelled, hence the confusion.
