Ive just upgraded to the new OPPO Find X5 Pro 5G. The EE deal stated that I could receive £200 cashback on the order. How do i do this?

Sick of ringing Oppo,I have a email saying approx 7days for it to go intoy bank and that was yesterday then I rang Oppo for them to say 7-14days now.
I wanting details of how to make a complaint and I'll be taking it all the way.

You can complain to trading standards for false advertising. I've been in constant contact with Oppo for the past two weeks because after 5 weeks my claim hadn't been validated. After I emailed them, an hour later they replied and all of a sudden it was validated. They stated 7 days for me to get the cashback. Then after that was up I contacted them again and they said it had been sent that day. Waited another week and still not
Now they are saying it's been sent to the department that sends the money out and they'll chase them as "top priority" and when I pointed out they said it had already been sent, they told me that it had and it was stuck somewhere yet it doesn't say dispatched on the tracker. And then they had the cheek to say they are still waiting for EE to verify the claim and said they've been chasing EE for a month for ALL the claims.

Good to know they are actually paying them out! I thought with them having 3000 claims that they'd over compensated and didn't have enough funds to send out everyone's cashback

I had to ring them again and they said that it had been processed and that coz of the weekend it shud be in me bank Monday/Tues as my email was 1 that they had got through or something so we'll see.
