Ive just upgraded to the new OPPO Find X5 Pro 5G. The EE deal stated that I could receive £200 cashback on the order. How do i do this?

Due to the website probs I had mine verified on the 4th October by someone in Oppo webcs, had an email from them yesterday saying it may be another 7-10 days as they are waiting to hear back from retailer and manufacturer ( I thought that's who they were??) But the claim IS proceeding and I'll get an email once it's been validated

No still waiting got told it took 21days then another 7-14days which is up but they've stopped replyin now

Had an email saying it's been validated 7 days ago, that said it'll be paid within 14 days, not received it yet

I've just phoned them and they said there waiting for ee to get back to them and that they apparently contact them on a daily basis and they've got alot of claim to go through and said there hoping to hear back from them by next week and he thinks I should get before Xmas.

Did you ever recieve this? I out my claim in back in October and they told me two weeks ago I'd have it within 7 days, then last week said it'd been sent. This week they are telling me it's not been processed one minute and next minute it should be in my account today. Today they are saying it got sent two weeks ago and it's stuck somewhere. They also said to me they are still waiting for ee to confirm I've got the device still, yet two weeks ago they said ee confirmed it!

They told me approx 7days then it went to between 7to 14days nd if it's not in by next week to ring them again it's a joke as feels like I'm beggin there absolute jokes.. shouldn't put it on offer if they can't sort it nd stock to the actual times frame of wot it says..
