I tried to activate my free 6 months Apple Music trial but never received a text message to activate it. Stupidly, after searching on here and reading that someone had been successful, I cancelled the free subscription hoping I could activate it again and be sent a text.
I now get the line 'Apple Music stream used' in my current active add-ons and the add-on cannot be removed. If I try to add it back I only have the paid option.
Is there a way to rectify this please?
