I’m a new customer to EE on a Sim Only plan.
I have seen that EE customers are entitled to a 6 month trial of Apple Music by texting Music to 150.
When I did and followed the options it says:
We're sorry - to get free access to the millions of songs available on Apple Music you need to be on an EE pay monthly mobile or SIM only plan. To find out more, visit ee.co.uk/applemusic
But I am on a Sim Only plan so I’m confused. Has anyone else had an issue like this or knows how to resolve it?
Thanks.

Hi @Gazz_t
The only reason that I can think of that this isn't working for you, is if you've benefitted from the free Apple Music trial before. If that's the case, the offer will not be available to you again.
If you haven't had the trial before, I suggest speaking with our Customer Care team, so they can try and help get it set up for you.

@Gazz_t Just to check that is a sim only contract? PAYG isn’t a sim only.

Hi, Yes I can confirm that it is a 24 month contract Sim Only plan.
I can see on the Rewards page in the EE app it says up to 6 months free for a range of different Apple subscriptions - but upon clicking the option there is nothing listed under the Add-ons section to select anything.
