How do I claim my Xbox game pass add on?

I've recently joined ee/BT full fiber broadband and added xbox game pass and a sports add on I think it was and I am unsure how to claim them my internet is all up and running now but everytime I got online or via the app to add the game pass it says unable to there's an error on your part so I don't know what's going on and would like some clarity please and if it can be resolved asap. Cheers

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
Ahh yes I am🤦🏾‍♂️ I completely forgot about that my services supposedly started on the 27th but only got my internet working today after an engineer came out so I guess I got some waiting to do haha
