How do I claim my Samsung Buds2 Pro after getting S23 Ultra?

I did an upgrade. And part of the new deal was Buds 2 Pro. I spoke to the business  CS, and the assistant said that someone will call me. But no calls for the last 48 hours. 
What do I do? How do I claim them? 

* Same question how do I activate my Office 365 also was part of the deal. I've been told that I get an sms with linc.No sms no links.

The Buds2 Pro earphones are sent out automatically to qualifying customers 15-30 days after ordering the phone.

Do you have the Microsoft 365 showing as a Smart Benefit in your My EE app add-ons?

Are you sure? I bought my Samsung S23 Ultra today at the EE store and they told me that iI would have to go to the Samsung website and claim it there.

If Samsung will indeed send it to me automatically, then how do i track the delivery? How will i know if they accidentally missed my delivery?

Welcome to the EE Community,

the buds will come directly from EE's warehouse and not Samsung you will get a text off DPD once they have been despatched 🙂

So, I would need to register my device in my My EE account, right?

@ghuam they will know automatically what device you have from the order that was raised on your account when you took out the contract.

Hi I recently upgraded to an s23 ultra and wanted to know when was the qualifying period to get the free ear buds, I forgot to ask this over the phone to the Sales guy as he seemed to have rushed the sale and had some tech issues along away with processing it so took nearly 2 hours to complete the sale after being put on hold a number of times.

Hi

Upgraded to S23 and S23 ultra on 26 Feb ... Nothing received. When contacted ee they kept saying someone will be in touch with you in the next couple of days and no one bothered to call.
