Roaming

I'm in France. Paid for a roaming pass for 2 weeks. Can't make calls or send text messages so have no way of contacting EE to sort it out. Any ideas, there is no e mail address . Paid for something I can't use. Not at all amused.

Samsung Galaxy S22 not getting updates

I have just purchased a second hand Galaxy S22 which will not receive updates. Apparently this is because the phone has EE service provider software installed and I am on the Vodafone network. Is there a way to remove this EE firmware?
