Have lost my xbox game pass subscription

Hi, I have had the xbox game pass add-on since moving to your service.

This week my xbox account now tells me my subscription has lapsed.

If I go to ee.co.uk/xbox and log in, this is what I'm greeted with

Can you let me know what I'm supposed to do now.  Many thanks

Judging by the xbox billing history, my phone contract and subsequent add--on started since at least April 2023
