EE Perks - Account deactivated

Hi,

Just trying to get my code from EE Perks but it says my account has been deactivated as I didn’t register in time. I’m not sure how this happened as I’ve been using it for a couple of years. 

When I try to register again it doesn’t let me stating my details are already in use, this is even after changing my personal email. I’m unable to change my work email for obvious reasons. 

How do I re-activate my account? I appreciate any help.

Hi I’m having the same issue, who do I contact please

Hi, I'm getting the same issue. Apparently I need to find a email to be able to reactivate it but I cant find that email so I don't really know what I'm meant to do.

I rang 150 this morning and spoke to them he found a form to fill out but
then I need some sort of code or something for him to be able to send the
form, it wouldn't let him do it without a access code or something. So I
don't really know what else I can do.
