Hello, can someone please help I picked Xbox game pass as my included extra on my all rounder sim and I have not received any info on how to activate it
i have only had my account with EE for 3 days if that helps

Does this show active in your EE account online?
If you text Xbox to 150 what reports back?

In the app it states Please wait 24 hours for activation, but it has now been 72 hours since I joined
when I text Xbox to 150 it tells me more info to come
update a reply came back and tells me it can be added for £12 a month when I picked it as my inclusive extra I should not be charged

I'd recommend giving us a call if your Inclusive Extra is not showing active.
