Google pixel earbuds

I have just received my pixel 7a and am trying to claim the free earbuds, I have been on every link possible but still no joy!!! How do I claim these, very frustrating as I missed out on the Samsung ones on my last upgrade as it was impossible to get anywhere!

When I fill in the application it asks how much I paid for it. As it was an upgrade there was no payment.

It will not accept this.

What do I do?

If you put in the RRP of the device, it should be accepted.
