Google 1 premium add-on

Hi ,

I’ve been using the free Google 1 , with the 15G storage .
I have signed in and activated the Google 1 premium  
but my Google 1 account still shows my free 15G storage and not the new 2 TB storage.
How long does it take to actually activate and show my actual storage ?

Just to be sure, did you activate the subscription with your Google Account as indicated on our help page here?

Yes , followed all the instructions on the help page.
Activated the subscription using the same email address as my existing 
free Google 1 sub.

Did the activation say that it had gone through? Did you get a message asking to link to your EE account?

Yes I was asked to link my EE account, 

I left it 24hrs, then checked my account , which is still showing only 15G storage.

Interesting,  I decided to check the account again after sending my previous message to find that my account now has its 2TB storage.  I can only guess that there was a delay setting it up .

I have google One with my phone.  I want to access Google Premium and when i try to upgrade  all it says is contact EE.  

I have a S24 not sure that matters .  Can someone please give me some help?
