I’m trying to activate my free 12 month game pass subscription and I keep getting this message any ideas

I have exactly the same issue. Tried different devices and browsers but get the same response.

Called 150 on Saturday they are sending it to another team and should hear in approx 5 working days

Same situation as Ruins3696. On full works 900 with a 12M entitlement but can't add via website and the APP sends me to a store but doesn't give me any option to add or manage gamepass,
