EE app is down everytime I go to pay my internet bill I can never pay it two weeks late and still can’t pay it thinking of changing providers as taking **bleep** and getting fined for not paying on time

Lisbon phone connections

Hi, I’m in Lisbon (Portugal) and I’m not getting any signal or 4G. Tried to find an add on but the EE app isn’t working! Any suggestions ?
