Full Works Plan

Hi all,

Looking to take advantage of the Black Friday deals and want to upgrade my plan to the Full Works plan. The blurb says:

"Our fastest speed and incredible extras. Enjoy ultra HD video and 4K gaming. Gift data to family, get unlimited watch data nd a VIP connection when the network is busy. No-charge roaming in the EU and beyond. Choose an extra like Netflix, TNT Sports, an Xbox Pass or Google One AI Premium. Uncapped speed".

It makes it out to be that the EU charging is free, but the pre-contract says that you'll be charged £2.47 per day. There's also no ability in the checkout to select TNT Sports as your option.

Can I confirm with this plan that EU Roaming is included and TNT is available to choose once purchased?

@kevdyas85 Thanks for confirming the iPhone situation, they should just make it clear you can pick either! As it stands it causes a concern over compatibility. The added Netflix is a good deal.

@markyh76 @kevdyas85  seems ridiculous upgrading customers are being excluded from this, which shouldn't be the case! The EE store is so glitchy, as is the app. After researching all this, I am glad I haven't upgraded yet and may well leave unless its's sorted.

It does read as though the other plan isn't compatible but it definitely is (I've been on it for ages!), the only thing that might happen is that the Visual Voicemail doesn't get switched on but that's easy to fix by sending a message to 150.

I've telephoned Customer Support, there is an ongoing issue which is awaiting a fix, in the meantime the advisor's Team Leader is loading on my inclusive extra until it is resolved.

@kevdyas85 another "glitch" hope they get sit sored for you. The tariffs are clearly advertised with these extras, so any significant delay in adding them, you should ask for compensation.

Looks like it’s finally been fixed. Managed to get it activated through the EE app this morning!

The cynic in me says the fault was fixed alongside the launch of the new roaming extras
