Full Works Plan

Hi all,

Looking to take advantage of the Black Friday deals and want to upgrade my plan to the Full Works plan. The blurb says:

"Our fastest speed and incredible extras. Enjoy ultra HD video and 4K gaming. Gift data to family, get unlimited watch data nd a VIP connection when the network is busy. No-charge roaming in the EU and beyond. Choose an extra like Netflix, TNT Sports, an Xbox Pass or Google One AI Premium. Uncapped speed".

It makes it out to be that the EU charging is free, but the pre-contract says that you'll be charged £2.47 per day. There's also no ability in the checkout to select TNT Sports as your option.

Can I confirm with this plan that EU Roaming is included and TNT is available to choose once purchased?

@lasty12  Yes roaming is included.  You’re just reading what is displayed for all contracts that don’t have roaming included.   EE don’t have separate pre contract blurb it’s all the same
Do worry about that.   And TNT should be available you just might need to select this once you have it.

So I ended up upgrading and the EU Roaming is included, however TNT Sports was immediately removed and there is no option have any 'Inclusive Extras' as part of this package.

It's fab to hear you've upgraded with us! 

If you've chosen a new plan with Inclusive Extras, can you not see an option to add these through the EE app or your main online account?

What happens if you text PICK to 150?

Agreed, it's not clear at all. I am in the process of deciding to upgrade, I use iPhone and want the Netflix add-on. The website confuses this by offering an iPhone specific tariff, but not making it mandatory either.  I also can't seem to choose my add-on during the upgrade, but trying as new customer then you can.

"Looks like you're not on one of our Smart Plans, so you won't be able to access our Inclusive Extra. To find out more about EE Smart Plans, visit ee.co.uk"

I have the same problem @Linzi_H 

It seems the Black Friday deals aren't giving the Inclusive Extras that are advertised as being included as part of the Full Works/All Rounder plans. I've just upgraded my plan and it is telling me I don't get an inclusive extra.

 

@Chelsea130 I use iPhone but don't pick the iPhone versions of the plans because they only offer Apple Add-ons (which is fine if you're wanting one of those) but the non-iPhone versions offer more.

I have this problem too, just upgraded to the Full Works plan with the Black Friday offer and I don’t have any inclusive extras. 

Apparently I’m not on one of the Smart Plans! I hope they get this sorted out soon.
