Free watch with contract ugrdae to samsung 23 ultra

Hello 

I was wondering  if there was more information  about a free watch. I was told I would receive  after upgrading  my contract  to a Samsung 23 ultra I was told in store I could not claim the watch for the first two weeks of my contract  but no more information  other than this. Any advice or information  would be much appreciated  .

Hi James 

Yes it was I upgraded  from Samsung s22 to the Samsung s23 ultra from what I gather and be told by the support team at EE I should have received  a text with the reward in 1 to 5 days after the upgrade which I haven't as of yet and its been a week . If that all makes sense .

That's right @Ant555, eligibility texts are usually sent out within 5 days of purchase, followed by your free gift after 15-30 days.

If you don't receive anything in the next few days, please get in touch with Customer Care who can chase this up for you.

Hi i got told the same i upgraded to the s23 ultra and got told i get the new watch too did u get the watch just want to know how i can get it too

I did receive  a watch I contacted  EE customer team and received a text stating I would receive  a watch and it came with a few days . great customer  service  the person I spoke to couldn't of help me more .
