How do I claim my free watch after buying the Samsung ultra?

Good morning has anyone received there samsung watch 5. I have been told by an ee representative that I had to claim though Samsung but they told me it EE but I can't find it anywhere now???????

Your watch claim will be auto fulfilled and delivered to your account address 15-30 days from your purchase.

did anybody got this watch? its been 30 days since i purchased their s23 ultra. all i got is a text message saying it is processed and my delivery person will contact once it is dispatched.

I bought the phone online and then was advised over the phone to go online to: www.ee.co.uk/samsunggalaxyS23UltraWatch5 in order to claim the watch. When following the link, provided by EE it states: Sorry! We couldn't find that page...

I'm bemused as to why one EE employee is saying that the watch needs to be claimed (and indeed providing a link to do so), yet in the exchange above it is advised that it will be automatically sent out - which is it?

I only want the phone if also getting the watch and can only cancel within 14 days, yet the exchange above seems to be suggesting to just wait for 30 days with no guarantee/communication about the watch?  Hardly good customer service?

Can you confirm which phone you bought and when you bought it? I'll be able to then check exactly which promotion you're eligible for.

I bought the Samsung galaxy 23 ultra on 28 June.

An EE employee confirmed on the phone on 29 June that this order is eligible for the watch and provided me with a link to do so once the phone arrived.

I followed the link provided as instructed when the phone arrived - the link doesn't work.

Seems as though lots of people are seeking the same information, which is hardly surprising - if a watch is advertised as coming free with a phone, it should do exactly that - come free with the phone. At the very least, the information about when/how the phone will be received, or can be claimed, should be clear - and every EE employee should be advising the same thing.

The link they sent you was for the terms and conditions, but I can see that it isn't working, so I'll report that to our web team, @Veritylou.

The same information is available for all EE colleagues about this offer. The free gift will automatically be sent to the account address 15-30 days after receiving the phone. I'm sorry if you've been told different.
