Free inclusive add on

Having upgraded my sim only contact yesterday to I haven't received any notifications to add my free Inclusive add on: which I chose Google One AI 2TB.

Do I need to ring EE or am I missing something somewhere within my account that I clearly can't see to solve this issue?
