Hello I hope someone can help, I ordered a phone today with a free gift, I have received the link to claim the gift do I need to wait the first 14 days before I can apply, what would happen if I apply now ??

When and how do you receive the claim link?

I received my new phone today, but have had nothing regarding the free gift. And can't see anything on my account .

Sorry I am new to EE, so unsure as to how it works and can't find anything on help
