Free Galaxy6 watch with S23 Ultra

Hi,

I got my phone in September 2023 and it's now January 2024 and still no Watch. I was told "don't worry it's automatic". It definitely isn't. 

Should I give up or?

Maybe contact customer services and see what they say? That's a really long time to wait. When I got my Fold5 I had to claim the free gifts.
