Hello, I purchased my Samsung S23 ultra yesterday (27/02/23) in store on the high street.  Today, a friend of mine was speaking to me about the device and stated that they were interested in transferring to EE as there was a current offer where you receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro. I was completely unaware of this offer as I was not informed and did not receive them in store. Am I still eligible for the earbuds or is this an online deal only?

If I am eligible how would I go about claiming them?

Can I ask did you have to sign for them with dpd?

When was your phone delivered?

Checked that when I went into EE shop and phoned 150 at Stocksbridge.

Same I applied and sent emei number bt time specified and no reply

When you spoke with our customer care team did they advise after sending the request it can take up to 30 days?

Yes but because it went over 30 days they had to reorder them. Seems a bit like car insurance loyalty gets you screwed over.

Hi please help.me . I have just been through to try and find alout about my
complaint. The lady there told me that they had tried to ring me back three
times within two hours and as i hadnt answered ( i was working.my NHS
shift) the complaint had been closed. I asked to raise another complaint
they hung up. Can you help me raise this to complaints
