EE Smart Hub Pro disconnects at midnight

I'm experiencing weird issue where now 3rd time in the row exactly at midnight our Broadband drops and Hub is flashing green. Every morning I have to reset the hub to get it to reconnect.Is this known issue? I had stable connection without such issue...

New phone

I placed an order with EE on 5th October and still waiting for it to be delivered and have had no update.Has this happened to anyone before? Do EE not have a chatbot/email address you can access them through anymore. thank you
