Hi - I have an EE perk account using my work email address. Received an email to validate account details, follow link to send ‘forgot password’ email, enter work email address, see screen saying ‘an email has been sent to reset password’ and then email is never received. Have tried 3 times and no reset email received. Please can you help? Thanks
