Free 6 month Apple TV activation help

I am a pay monthly SIM only (android) EE customer and have subscribed to free 6 months Apple TV. I went through the process and on my EE app account it shows when this bonus will expire. My TV is Samsung smart and has the AppleTV app, but I have not code from EE so unable to use as apple TV ask for my apple ID to use. How can I log into Apple TV?

I believe so. 

Its getting on my wick.  I haven't received a code.

When i try and log in through the QR code, it keeps saying phone number incorrect even though I've put my number in and the actual number of the temp sim card. 

The EE customer service was next to useless and said Apple tv whittle kick in immediately.

Do you know if i have to wait till my number transfers to my sim card?

Thanks for getting back to us. 

If you have supplied both your temp number and the number you are keeping and are continuing to get this error I'd recommend giving us another call.

I'm trying to create an apple id so i can claim the free telly that lured us all in. 

I'm one week down... 

When creating an apple id it keeps saying you can't use anything @Cloud.com..

I've been on the blower to EE for 3 hours and they're clueless too.

I hate Apple!!

I'm trying to create an apple id. 

Everything thing i type in as an appleid address, it says you can't have anything@icloud.com

Why oh why?????

The EE people haven't got a clue and neither have i, but then they're not paying me... 

Any help please?

Have you tried the steps on the How to create a new Apple ID – Apple Support (UK) page to create an Apple ID?

I don't have an iPhone, all the steps described aren't what i see. 

Why is it so difficult?

There is an option for other device which is not an Apple device @Mersea Have you tried these steps?

Yes. I was given the link by ee. 

Anything@icloud.com was not accepted.

You can't use icloud.com 

Frequent error messages. 

We're going nowhere.... Slowly!

Hi @Mersea 

Are you creating the ID by going to Manage your Apple ID

If so and any option you enter will not create a new ID, you would need to contact Apple again as EE have no access to the Apple ID'S.
