My total data allowance finished on the 30/4/23, however, I already bought an Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day) & my Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day) was meant to expire on 06/05/23, however, when my total data allowance finished on the 30/4/23, I wasn't able to use the Internet despite the fact that I had already bought an Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day) which was meant to expire on 06/05/23.
Why wasn't I able to finish using my Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day) which was meant to expire on 06/05/23?

When I tried to connect to the Internet, I wasn't able to & I didn't restart my device.

I restarted my device, however, on the EE app, it shows that I have two Unlimited Data Add-on's (30 day), both of which, expire on 30/05/23, but before I bought my latest Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day), I already had an Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day) which is meant to expire on the 06/05/23 & I wasn't able to use the Internet despite having an Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day) that is meant to expire on 06/05/23, until I bought another Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day) which is meant to expire on the 30/05/23.
Why wasn't I able to finish using my Unlimited Data Add-on (30 day) which was meant to expire on 06/05/23?
