Can’t set up WiFi controls in the app

EE Smarthub 3 and latest iOS. Start the process to set up WiFi controls but never gets past the first step (see photo).deleted and reinstalled the app reset and restarted the hubnothing works

Bills

I can’t get into my bills, the app is not showing any current bill (I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling) and when I try to look on the website it just says it can’t show my plan right now. I need to know how much the bill is! 

Plan Add-On

As it can be seen from screenshots I have 4 add ons and one of them is EU Roaming Free, but I am forced to pay £15 for Roaming in Poland. How is that possible? If I won’t pay I am unable to use my phone!
