I have bought a day pass of data through the EE Wi-Fi

I bought this for £8 for a whole day pass of Wi-Fi, it worked for a total of 5 mins and hasn’t worked since, there is no live chat option on here which is stupid, I’m not happy with the whole situation and will be requesting a refund immediately as it’s a joke I’m currently at work and can’t do anything as i work through my phone. Waste of time and Waste of money wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone. Please resolve the refund quickly.

@Woody57   the EE WiFi service has its own website https://ee-wifi.ee.co.uk/public/ee/index.htm   and the service relies on a hotspot being available near where you want to use the service. It is worth having a good read of what it is capable of and check if you have service in your area.
