I currently work for i registered for the 30 percent off but when ever i log in its saying account deactivated . Can anyone help with this please .

When i sign in to the BT discount page its says my account has been deactivated.

What is the URL you are using to login? Are you trying to generate a friends and family discount code or place an order through the colleague products site?

yes. When i sign in it says `Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.`

Please refer to the FAQ section of the colleague products section on the company intranet, which includes a link to unlock your account.
