Ee won’t let me add to plan

Hi so when I first got accepted for my phone contract I also got offered another device to add to my plan which I turned down at the time. 

I’ve tried adding an Xbox to my plan but it says I can’t add it on at this time and I also called up ee and they couldn’t give me a reasoning as to why I couldn’t add it on. I have no outstanding bills, and have made 3 payments so far why is this? Thanks

@Karys23  It’s possible that EE are not yet willing to allow you to have more credit.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
