My 20% has expired and I have been trying to log into my ee perks for weeks but it keeps saying my email and password are wrong and logging me out the account. I have asked to reset the details but do not get an email sent to me. 
Can someone help please as I wanted to take out additional lines

Have you checked both your work email address and the personal one you registered? Please check your spam/junk folder too.

Yes I have checked both personal and work and neither had an email. When I try to sign up again as a new person to get around this incase I need to re register, it says I already have an account. But I can’t get into it and don’t receive any emails.

Hi @Ceez1234

Please give us a call so our customer care team can send a webform to our EE Perks team. 

The team will be able to delete your old account so you can re-register with your new NHS email.
