I recently signed up for Netflix with my EE mobile account but received no login details. What credentials should I use to log in to Netflix?

@sbt223 If you have not already you would need to activate your Netflix by visiting ee.co.uk/netflix you will need to confirm a PIN sent to your number and then it will take you to create a Netflix account or login to an existing Netflix account if you have one.
The account you create/login with here will then be the one the Netflix subscription through EE is activated on to login and watch.

Have you added Netflix as an inclusive extra as part of your plan or was it a chargeable option?

We only offer Netflix on our mobile plans as an inclusive extra on selected plans, with the option to then upgrade to Netflix Standard or Netflix Premium.
When you say it is chargeable, were you choosing the option to pay for Netflix on your mobile bill?
