I'm disappointed to hear that you're having some trouble generating a new Perk code currently, and I'll do my best to help out.
Are you able to log in successfully but receive an error when trying to get a new code?
If you do see an error message, what is it?
Or are you having trouble logging into your Perk account?

Can you please try using a different device or web browser? This should hopefully resolve any errors you're seeing.

I can log in my EE perks. But can’t get a new code. Tried logging in on a different device still the same issue. It comes up with unable to retrieve code at the current time. If the problem persists please contact your EE perks representative.
